Well....as you can see the wind has won.
Two days ago the azaleas were still so beautiful and full of blooms.
Yesterday we had southern winds with gusts to 20 mph. Our home faces south so the azaleas got hit in the "face".
Now it just looks depressing.

Well, the good news is that the petals are almost as pretty laying on the ground as they were on the bushes.
I agree the petals look great. At least you will have blooms again soon.
Your flowers were/are gorgeous!
And...you've been away from the panhandle for too long, you just complained about wind gusts of 20mph!! That is normal, every day wind in Amarillo! (and OKC)
